The Husqvarna WR 300 was first built as a transformation for its previous model; WR 250. However, it has progressed since then and is now a full fledged member in the Husqvarna family. They are a rider’s delight. In addition to the useable power, it offers a progressive and an excellent performance. What’s more, they are among few motorcycles that can be counted for outright power. They are named so, owing to its 300cc engine. The improved piston in this machine measures around 72 mm and is capable of delivering 293.1cc. In addition to the piston, there is an all improved exhaust valve, a cylinder head and an exhaust pipe. The modifications done in these parts are an extension to the one available in WR 250 version.

The chassis components have been modified too. The engine of WR 300 is featured with a 38 mm Mikuni carburetor and a V Force valve system. The presence of calibrated forks, new disc brakes, headlamp units and a shock absorber and so on renders it so different from other motorcycles. The oil present in the crankcase will act as a lubricating agent. The clutch of WR 300 is of wet and multiplate type and is hydraulically controlled. They weigh around 229.3 pounds and its seat is about 38.4 inches above the ground level. The overall height of the machine is however about 51.6 inches.
